What Happy Customers Say About Us
From the very beginning of our collaboration, I was impressed by your ability to take my vision and bring it to life through your illustrations. Each character and scene you created not only captured the essence of the stories but also added a unique charm that resonates with both children and adults alike. Your illustrations have a whimsical quality that perfectly complements the themes of friendship, imagination, and adventure that are central to the Plumeria series.

Do you know your target age group?
Knowing the age group helps us design illustrations that connect with your readers and fit their developmental stage.

Have you decided on your book dimensions?
Common sizes include 8.5” x 8.5”, 8” x 10”, and 6” x 9”.
The dimensions affect layout, text placement, and illustration scale, so it’s important to finalize this before we start.

Do you know your word count?
Picture books for ages 3-7 usually have 300-700 words and 24-32 pages. Board books for toddlers (ages 0-2) are shorter, with 50-200 words and 10-12 pages.

How would you like the text to appear?
➤ Placed separately on a blank or white page
OR
➤ Integrated within the illustration (like in speech bubbles, signs, or sky areas)
We’ll plan the design accordingly to keep your story clean and visually engaging.

Are you planning to self-publish or create a custom book?
If you’re self-publishing through platforms like Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or other publishing platforms, we’ll provide full illustrations and properly formatted print-ready files.
If you're not publishing traditionally and just want to create a personalized book for your classroom, a family keepsake, or gifts, we can customize everything to fit your needs, including a shorter length or unique format.
(Traditional publishers usually don’t require illustrations with a manuscript submission, they prefer to choose the illustrator
themselves. But if you'd like sample artwork to bring your pitch to life, we can help with that too.

What final files will you receive?
You’ll get high-resolution, print-ready files, usually JPEG, PNG, or PDF. If you need layered PSD or Procreate files for design or editing purposes, just let us know in advance.

Will your book use single-page illustrations or double-page spreads?
This decision affects the illustration layout, visual flow, and pricing. Double-page spreads allow for more immersive scenes, while single pages can work well for simpler storytelling. Let us know your preference before we begin!

Did you set up a budget for your book illustrations?
Having a clear budget helps us plan the scope and deliver the best results within your expectations.Costs depend on style, complexity, and project size.Setting a budget upfront ensures a smooth, transparent process from start to finish.
